As a 50+, I have been facing these challenges for some time. It has been tough for years, I've added weight and felt depressed that I have skills that no one seemed to need or want. Yet, I see so many businesses are struggling with serious problems that I know can be fixed with expertise.


Why is there such a disparity between needs and available help?


I've been thinking about this problem for years. 


Recently, I decided to stop being a part of the problem and I wanted to be part of the solution.

The fears are significant:

  • You wonder how well you will integrate with a team of younger staff;
